Senior Program Manager, SAP S/4HANA (Mining MNC)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Mining MNC to look for a Senior Program Manager, SAP S/4HANA.
• Responsible for driving regional readiness, stakeholder coordination, third-party engagement and delivery assurance across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, supporting SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, cutover and hypercare.
• The role will start out as a 12-month contract.

The Talent

• Minimum 7 years' experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Strong experience coordinating SAP S/4HANA transformation, testing, readiness, deployment or operational transition activities.
• Proven experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment rehearsals, cutover and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, technical, programme and external vendor teams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors, system integrators and external service providers.
• Strong planning, dependency management, risk management and issue resolution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and organisations without direct authority.
• Experience working with major System Integrators and globally distributed delivery teams is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration landscapes and third-party system dependencies is advantageous.

Job Description

• Drive regional readiness activities supporting SIT, UAT, deployment rehearsals, cutover and hypercare.
• Maintain a consolidated view of readiness across business, technical and third-party stakeholders.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, plans, trackers, reporting and governance activities.
• Identify and manage readiness risks, constraints, dependencies and delivery issues.
• Act as the primary coordination point for third-party vendors and external stakeholders participating in testing and deployment.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, readiness reviews, participation planning, support arrangements and escalation pathways.
• Work closely with SAP, System Integration, Technical, Integration, Testing, QA, Functional and Programme Delivery teams to align regional activities with programme milestones.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, workshops, planning sessions and governance forums.
• Support validation of testing entry and exit criteria and provide readiness confidence assessments to programme leadership.
• Review and validate readiness evidence and supporting artefacts, identifying gaps and control weaknesses affecting delivery confidence.
• Provide independent challenge where readiness claims are unsupported or incomplete.
• Maintain clear communication and action tracking across multiple stakeholder groups and organisations.
• Support executive engagement, regional governance and programme assurance activities.
• Coordinate with Business Process Owners, Business SMEs, technical teams, programme leadership, vendors, external partners and customer representatives.
• Support cutover planning, deployment readiness and transition into hypercare.
