Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will lead end-to-end program management for a new consumer-facing home screen experience, with a strong focus on coordinating complex cross-functional efforts. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, content creators, and distributed teams to build structure, alignment, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams. The position will also help shape scheduling workflows, governance, and process improvements that support a fast-moving digital product environment.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $280,000 – $310,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for a new home screen experience
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across teams
• Build and maintain detailed program plans and timelines
• Establish program governance including status reporting and risk management
• Develop tooling and scheduling workflows for content creators
• Ensure alignment across senior stakeholders on roles and priorities
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in technology, media, entertainment, or consumer products
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Asana
• Experience driving programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to earn trust and influence across diverse teams
• Familiarity with consumer-facing product development or content-driven surfaces
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
