Zensar is seeking for Senior Program Manager(Data and AI programs)-San Jose,CA-(2 days/week onsite). This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract Role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.

Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex Data & AI programs from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong program governance with working knowledge of data and AI initiatives, and communicates confidently with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience owning & managing multi-workstream Data & AI programs.
• Partner with business, engineering and product teams to align priorities and outcomes
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including director and VP/executive leadership
• Prepare and present clear program updates, status reports, and executive-level communication
• Drive governance, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery of business value from data and AI solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with a significant portion in Data & AI initiatives
• Hands-on understanding of data platforms, analytics, ML/AI lifecycle, and cloud data ecosystems
• Proven record of delivering large, cross-functional programs
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with program tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
• PMP / PgMP / Agile certification (SAFe, CSM) is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in San Jose, CA

Preferred:

• Prior experience from network domain companies or a similar large enterprise environment
• Education: College/University degree or higher
