Position Description Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Senior Program Officer provides operational, programme, and client-facing support for the Two Young Lives Project, which aims to improve the life trajectories of teenage parents and their young children in the community. Working closely with the Trajectory Development Coordinator (TDC) and multidisciplinary team, the role supports the coordination, promotion, and delivery of the project's three Early Intervention Service (EIS) components: Parent-Infant Education, Outreach Early Intervention, and Professional Capacity Building.

The Senior Program Officer is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the project, ensuring quality service delivery, stakeholder engagement, compliance with funder requirements, and achievement of project outcomes within approved timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate professional training and capacity-building initiatives, including logistics, participant engagement, materials preparation, record keeping, and evaluation.
  • Foster effective collaboration with service providers, professionals, and project stakeholders, representing Mother's Choice values in all interactions.

Reporting, Administration and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate programme, training, evaluation, financial, and project records, ensuring timely reporting to funders and research partners.
  • Track project outputs, outcomes, budgets, expenditures, and compliance requirements, supporting effective project governance and grant administration.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project delivery and achievement of agreed objectives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social work, community services, family support, or related fields.
