Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing regional administration support services, including vehicle fleet management, travel and accommodation coordination, reception services, Right to Information requests, and information and records management.
• Providing leadership and support to a small team through performance management, coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, and staff development.
• Driving successful business outcomes through effective resource management, performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Supporting the delivery of programs and projects by coordinating and undertaking a range of program and project support activities.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, policies, legislation, and organisational standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery and business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

• A current Class ‘C' Drivers Licence
• Pre-employment checks, including a criminal history screening and declaration of serious discipline history will be required to be completed.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
