Join our Programmatic HUB as a Senior Campaign Manager / Senior Programmatic Specialist!

Be part of an international team and work closely with colleagues across Europe to deliver high-impact programmatic solutions while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day client account management: campaign setup, optimization, reporting , and related duties
• Support campaign planning by recommending relevant placements, targeting strategies, formats, inventory sources, and platform setup based on campaign objectives
• Work across multiple DSPs and trade desks, with a strong focus on Amazon DSP and Trade Desk and other key programmatic platforms such as DV360 and advise on how to use platform capabilities to improve performance
• Consult agency planning teams on campaign setup and parameter alignment
• Collaborate with publishers, ad exchanges and other media partners to identify opportunities and resolve delivery or performance issues
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that impact campaign delivery
• Liaise with agency teams on performance, reporting optimization, and future campaign recommendations

✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Practical experience with Amazon DSP and Trade Desk platforms is required
• Experience beyond campaign activation, including campaign planning, recommending placements, targeting, formats, and inventory sources
• Excellent analytical skills — ability to draw conclusions from data and turn them into recommendations
• Ability to work with publishers and media partners to troubleshoot delivery, performance, or technical issues
• Problem-solving mindset: investigate, fix, and clearly explain outcomes
• MS Office fluency, especially Excel (pivot tables + charts)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools quickly
• Team player with at least 3 years of experience in Programmatic
• Currently residing in Poland with Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher
