Senior Programme Executive (Novena), 1 year contract

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of training and professional development programmes.
• Oversee programme administration, including scheduling, learner communications, attendance, assessments, certifications, and records management.
• Manage programme setup and activation across digital platforms, websites, portals, and virtual event systems.
• Support the administration of learning management systems and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Prepare programme reports, analyse data, and provide insights to improve programme performance and learner engagement.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programme administration, training operations, education services, or event management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with digital platforms and virtual event tools.
