Senior Programmer

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Senior Programmer to oversee/assist with the development of an in-house CRM + ATS system. This role involves taking an active approach to managing the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that the system offerings meet in-house business process needs, market demands, and align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in web frontend and backend development, and the ability to collaborate with other teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a senior in the team, you will be tasked with the technical revamp and migration of the existing in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as the support and maintenance of the existing system.
• Lead and contribute to the technical revamp and migration of the existing ATS, ensuring the new platform is scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with current technology standards.
• Design and develop modern applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, and .NET 10, while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering practices.
• Support, maintain, and enhance the existing legacy ATS built using .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET MVC 5, AngularJS, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyse business requirements and implement change requests, system enhancements, and new functionalities to support evolving business needs.
• Design and integrate third-party solutions and APIs, and other external technologies.
• Develop and maintain system reports, data extraction processes, and data-related solutions to support operational and business requirements.
• Work closely with the Finance team to support and maintain data integration between the ATS and SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Collaborate with regional internal users across the APAC region to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Prepare and conduct feature demonstrations, presentations, and user training sessions for new system capabilities and enhancements.
• Develop a strong understanding of recruitment processes and business practices across the APAC region and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify innovative opportunities for improving business processes, automation, and workflow efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt relevant modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle to minimize technical debt and ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical maintenance for both legacy and modernized systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in web services or software products.
• Proven experience in working on the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong technical understanding of web services, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with .NET Core & RESTful API design is a bonus.
• Experience working with frontend technologies like VueJS, React or Angular.
