Senior Programmer / Programmer (Full Stack, Java, ReactJS)

Role Overview

As a Senior Programmer (or Programmer) you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and extending our core financial applications and trading platforms. The position blends deep technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical financial and trading applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure high code quality and reduce defects.
• Provide technical support for production systems, including rapid troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of ad‑hoc production issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing codebases, performance, and security posture.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of professional programming experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Java, especially Spring Boot is an advantage.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks, especially ReactJS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Knowledge of micro‑services architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with event‑driven programming or message‑queue systems (e.g. RabbitMQ) is an advantage.
