About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Project & Integration Architect to lead architecture activities for complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives. As the end-to-end architecture authority, you will ensure alignment across applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery practices. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines deep integration expertise with a strong understanding of modern software delivery and DevOps practices. Your role: Lead the definition of target and transition architectures for large-scale transformation programs. Design and govern integration and API architectures across enterprise platforms and systems. Ensure consistency across applications, data, cloud, security, infrastructure, and delivery domains. Facilitate architecture workshops and drive key technical decisions with business and IT stakeholders. Define architecture principles, system responsibilities, non-functional requirements, and platform boundaries. Coordinate solution, application, data, security, and infrastructure architects to achieve integrated outcomes. Assess existing environments, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend modernization opportunities. Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for scalability and maintainability. Contribute to implementation roadmaps, migration strategies, and deployment planning. Produce high-quality architecture documentation and support the transition from design into delivery. This role describes your starting point at NTT DATA. Your profile: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Project Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior architecture role. Strong expertise in Integration Architecture, APIs, interoperability, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience delivering large-scale CRM, Customer Operations, Contact Center, or digital transformation programs. Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys, or comparable enterprise technologies. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern integration approaches. Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance. Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable, and secure technical solutions. Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly Financial Services, is a strong advantage.
