Senior Project Architect

GH2 Architects, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our award-winning team. You will lead complex architectural projects from concept through completion. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in design, technical detailing, and team leadership. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet both design intent and technical requirements. This position is available at our office locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Phoenix. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Our firm operates with a flat organizational structure and has a diverse portfolio of work, including education, government/public, healthcare, office, non-profit, and recreation. GH2 maintains dedicated specialty practices in hospitality, equine, and historic preservation architecture.

GH2 team members participate in a design-oriented practice with colleagues who celebrate exceptional work, client service, and engagement with our professions and communities. They receive supplemental technical and professional education tailored to their interests and professional goals, and they have the opportunity to work on a variety of project types or focus on a single specialty area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program
• Current license to practice architecture
• 15+ years of experience with demonstrated project leadership
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• All facets of professional practice and client engagement
• Mentor and supervise junior team members
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration tasks
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes
