Senior Project Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect who is passionate about design and its influence on the world. Candidates should be licensed with proven success leading teams, engaging with project owners and consultants, and delivering exceptional work.

This role is ideal for someone who brings both creative vision and technical confidence – can think critically, contribute to design direction, and guide projects from concept through execution. The right candidate thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is energized by shaping ideas, elevating team performance, and communicating design in ways that inspire action.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support project visioning and contribute to design direction

· Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects

· Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent follow-through

· Manage and mentor team members, including junior architects and design staff, with assistance from Project Managers

· Provide guidance on best practices, technical execution, and design development

· Oversee the production of architectural drawings, models, and specifications

· Ensure projects meet all legal, regulatory, and quality standards

· Develop and manage project timelines, workflows, and delivery strategies

Qualifications:

· 12+ years of professional experience in architecture

· Licensed Architect with 5+ years of registration

· Demonstrated success leading project teams and coordinating with clients

· Demonstrated success leading within an organization

· Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and/or SketchUp, and related design visualization tools (e.g., D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite)

· Expertise in at least one project type

Nice to Have:

· Active involvement in professional and/or community organizations

· Experience or interest in design innovation, visualization, or emerging technologies
