  • Support financial, administrative, and system closeout activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of project controls experience, preferably supporting large-scale capital construction projects.
  • Strong experience in project cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress measurement, and performance metrics.
  • Experience establishing and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost control systems.
  • Experience with SAP for project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Controls professional with a strong emphasis on cost controls, forecasting, earned value management, and capital project financial performance. This individual should be comfortable working directly with project managers and construction teams, analyzing complex project data, identifying potential cost overruns, and providing actionable recommendations to keep projects on track.
