Senior Project Controls Estimator

Senior Project Controls Estimator is needed to perform the following duties:

· Develop, review, and analyze construction cost estimates for assigned projects

· Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work, schedules, and other project documentation.

· Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations

· Review contractor and subcontractor pricing and supporting documentation

· Prepare and analyze change order estimates and evaluate cost and schedule impacts.

· Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and cost reports

· Perform cost variance analysis and identify cost trends and risks

· Support project scheduling and evaluate the relationship between project scope, schedule, and cost

· Assist with risk identification, contingency evaluation, and cost-control strategies.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders regarding cost and schedule information

· Prepare cost-control reports, estimates, budget updates, and other project-controls deliverables

Bachelor's Degree is required in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management.

Pay: $170,019.20 per year
