About the Role

LR Energy Private Limited is looking for experienced Senior Project Coordinators with relevant exposure to CBG/Biogas, Bio-CNG, Waste-to-Energy, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical/Fertilizer, Process Plant, or similar industrial EPC/PMC projects.

The role will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction activities, tracking project deliverables, managing interfaces between stakeholders, and supporting the execution and monitoring of CBG projects.

Candidates with direct experience in CBG, Biogas, Bio-CNG or Waste-to-Energy projects will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities -

• Track engineering, procurement and construction deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain project action trackers, deliverable schedules, pending-point registers and follow-up records.
• Coordinate contractor, vendor and consultant submissions, comments, revisions and approvals.
• Coordinate between PMC teams, clients, EPC/EPCOM contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain MOMs, action lists, project correspondence and follow-up documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, constraints and critical pending activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil functions.
• Support weekly and monthly project review meetings, progress reports and management presentations.
• Follow up on critical actions and escalate delays or overdue deliverables where required.
• Support engineering documentation, document tracking, reporting and project control activities.
• Assist in coordinating site execution, commissioning readiness and project close-out activities.

Relevant experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred -

• Compressed Biogas (CBG) / Bio-CNG
• Biogas
• Waste-to-Energy
• Biomass / Bioenergy
• Renewable Energy projects involving industrial/process plants
• Oil & Gas
• Chemical / Fertilizer Plants
• Process Plants
• Industrial EPC / PMC / EPCM projects

Exposure to systems such as anaerobic digesters, biogas purification/upgradation, gas compression, CBG cascades, gas pipelines, utilities, electrical systems, instrumentation, civil works, commissioning and plant operations will be an added advantage.

We are looking for candidates who -

• Have approximately 10+ years of experience in industrial EPC/PMC or project execution environments.
• Have handled multidisciplinary engineering or project coordination activities.
• Have experience working with EPC/EPCOM contractors, consultants, vendors and client/PMC teams.
• Possess strong project tracking, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Are experienced in handling engineering deliverables, schedules, action trackers, MOMs and project reporting.
• Have strong communication, coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
• Are willing to work on-site in Gurgaon.

Strong Preference -

Candidates with direct experience in CBG, Biogas, Bio-CNG or Waste-to-Energy EPC/PMC projects will receive priority during shortlisting.

Candidates from adjacent industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Fertilizer, Process Plants and other industrial EPC/PMC projects may also be considered where the project experience is strongly transferable to CBG projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
