• Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in project coordination, maintaining execution priorities, and facilitating communication across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant project coordination experience, preferably within pharmaceutical capital projects or CQV programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical capital projects or CQV programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource coordination, action tracking, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to support a large, complex, multi-year project.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities.
• Maintain execution priorities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress, identify and address issues, and report on project status.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various project teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks to meet objectives within timelines.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
