Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst

Our Client, an established Australian infrastructure services organisation, is looking for a Senior / Experienced Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to join them on a day rate contract.

You will be:

• Supporting enterprise-level project delivery and governance
• Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Ensuring project scope, schedule, and risk are effectively managed
• Driving stakeholder engagement and reporting accuracy
• Facilitating coordination of testing and business readiness
• Contributing to project success through disciplined delivery oversight

Work rights: The preferred candidate must have legal work rights within Australia.

Open to candidates with:

• Extensive project coordination or PMO experience within enterprise environments
• Familiarity with SAP and process automation or AI tools
• Experience in coordinating UAT activities and managing project dependencies
• Knowledge of risk, issue, and financial management
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic delivery methodologies (predominantly Waterfall, hybrid, or Agile)
