Nova Mission International Limited, a leading engineering firm, is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our diverse engineering projects, utilising your technical expertise and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and concerns
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical expertise in project engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Engineering Manager
