Senior Project Engineer

Scope: Provide full project lifecycle support covering all phases, including:

1. Conceptual & Pre-FEED: Support development of project concepts, feasibility studies, scope of work preparation, and Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) review.
2. FEED: Review and oversee Front End Engineering Design deliverables, cost estimates, schedule development, and project proposals submitted by KJO or AGOC contractors.
3. Detail Engineering: Review and oversee detailed engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, material requisitions, and vendor documents to ensure compliance with SAES and KJO specifications.
4. Tendering: Support preparation of tender packages, bid evaluation, technical clarifications, and contractor pre-qualification activities.
5. Construction & Commissioning: Oversee construction supervision activities, monitor contractor performance, review variation orders, and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities through to Mechanical Completion.
6. Project Closeout: Review and verify as-built documentation, Project Record Books, and final handover packages in compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
7. Coordination with KJO and relevant stakeholders on all project phases, prepare technical reviews and progress.

Minimum Experience: 10 years in the field of Engineering for similar projects, with at least 5 years of direct experience in project engineering and management within Saudi Aramco or any of its affiliates. In addition, the candidate should have the relevant certifications such as PMP and PMI etc.
