Senior Project Engineer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Licensed Civil Engineer.

2. Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Site or Project Engineer.

3. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES

1.  Project Oversight:  Supervises construction activities, ensures adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

2.   Coordination:  Collaborates with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

3.   Technical Expertise:  Provides technical advice, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring quality control. Checking and inspection of work of sub-contractors and other trade.

4.   Documentation:  Prepares site reports, maintains records, manages project documentation, Job order worker summary report, daily activity report and purchase requisition.

5.  Budget and Schedule Management: Contributes to cost estimation, tracks expenditures, and monitors project progress against timelines.

6.   Safety Compliance: Ensures that all work on-site adheres to health and safety standards and regulations.

7.   Communication: Maintains clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the project.

8. Progress billing: Prepares and endorsement of subcontractor's weekly accomplishments.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

1.       Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering and/or BS Architecture, preferably licensed

2.       With at least three (3) years’ work experience in the field of real estate house construction and land development works

3.       Can conduct estimation works especially for   the house repair and   house completion

4.       Possesses technical knowledge in implementing quality control and   quality assurance for both house and land development works

5.       Can prepares documents such as correspondence, Gantt Chart, Quantity take off and other related activities

6.       Possesses supervisory skills in handling workers for the different discipline
