Senior Project Engineer

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (SOLAR PV)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar PV projects from planning and engineering coordination to installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials and site resources to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, safety compliance and contractual requirements.
• Review technical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), PV layouts and installation specifications.
• Identify technical issues, project risks and potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Guide site engineers and supervise contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV projects.
• Proven experience in project execution, site coordination and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of solar PV installation, electrical systems, quality control and testing and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Large Scale Solar (LSS) projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
