Job Summary

Join Pacific Geoscience as a Senior Project Engineer (Geotechnical) to lead site coordination, ensure technical compliance, and support project delivery from planning through execution across diverse geotechnical projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor geotechnical works across multiple project sites to ensure timely and quality delivery

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve site issues

Prepare detailed technical reports, method statements, and documentation to secure project approvals and compliance

Conduct site inspections and supervise geotechnical activities to enforce safety standards and quality control

Support instrumentation monitoring by collecting, interpreting, and reporting geotechnical data for informed decision-making

Manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and track deliverables to meet project milestones

Provide engineering solutions to address site challenges and maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution

Communicate clearly and coordinate efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and problem resolution

Work independently to manage multiple tasks across different sites, demonstrating strong organizational skills

Required competencies and certifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1–3 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, and project documentation standards
