Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee and manage villa construction projects and building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and site management experience, thorough knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, and DM G+12 approval building projects
Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period are strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise villa and building construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, approved drawings, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and construction schedules.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and site activities with relevant authorities and consultants.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure effective resource management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approval procedures.
• Approval with DM G+12 building projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
