Senior Project Engineer

raise is working with a well known client who is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in HCAI projects. The ideal candidate will help to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and California healthcare facility compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries.
• Support inspections, site walks, and compliance with HCAI requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and coordinate with inspectors and design teams.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCAI construction experience.
• Knowledge of HCAI processes, inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
