What they need
- Diploma/Higher Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Merchandising, Fashion Design, Garment, or Product Design.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in soft good/soft toy /plush design development/material sourcing/fabric development/product development. Prior experience in project coordination is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of fabric materials, sewing and design principles related to toys and consumer products. Familiarity with plastic resin, tooling, and mechanical components is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
