  • Coordinate with project management, engineering disciplines, procurement, vendors, construction teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.

  • Monitor engineering deliverables, project milestones, and technical activities against approved project schedules and contractual requirements.

  • Review and coordinate E&I engineering deliverables, including single-line diagrams, cable schedules, instrument indexes, loop diagrams, termination drawings, hook-up drawings, and equipment layouts.

  • Ensure multidisciplinary engineering interfaces are properly managed and resolve technical queries, design discrepancies, and engineering conflicts.

  • Coordinate material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, technical approvals, and procurement activities for E&I equipment and materials.

  • Monitor vendor documentation, equipment manufacturing progress, inspection activities, and material delivery schedules to avoid project delays.

  • Provide technical support to construction teams and subcontractors during E&I installation activities at offshore facilities and associated onshore locations.

  • Coordinate electrical equipment installation, cable tray installation, cable pulling and termination, earthing, lighting, instrumentation installation, tubing, and hook-up activities.

  • Support offshore brownfield modifications, tie-ins, hook-up activities, and shutdown-related work in accordance with project requirements.

  • Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to resolve site technical issues, installation constraints, and field engineering changes.

  • Coordinate inspection, testing, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

  • Ensure E&I work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and applicable international standards.

  • Liaise with ADNOC Offshore representatives, PMC/engineering consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and obtain required approvals.

  • Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZID/HAZOP sessions, technical meetings, and project progress reviews as required.

  • Monitor technical risks, engineering changes, non-conformances, and interface issues, implementing corrective actions in coordination with the project team.

  • Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, ADNOC standards, offshore safety procedures, hazardous-area requirements, and permit-to-work systems.

  • Prepare and review technical progress reports, engineering documentation, test records, as-built drawings, and project completion dossiers.

  • Coordinate punch-list clearance, system handover, final documentation, and project close-out activities in accordance with contractual and client requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in E&I engineering and execution within the oil and gas EPC industry.

  • Mandatory: Previous experience in ADNOC Offshore projects.

  • Proven experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning interfaces.

  • Experience in offshore facilities, platform projects, brownfield modifications, tie-ins, or hook-up and commissioning activities.

  • Strong understanding of ADNOC project specifications, technical approval workflows, engineering documentation, and applicable international standards.
