What you'll be doing?

• Develop project plans: Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to drive project progress and ensure smooth coordination.
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective strategies to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress: Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical system project management within the construction industry.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, especially in electrical systems.
• Site presence: Ability to work on-site, resolving issues and communicating effectively with foreign workers.
• Pressure handling: Capable of working under pressure and at extended hours.
• Data center advantage: Experience in Data Center projects would be an advantage.
• Mobility: Willingness to be posted to projects in the Johor area.
