Senior Project Engineer (ELL/MVAC) - Data Centre

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Handle project administration.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent
• Possess 8 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Candidates with more than 6 years' relevant working experience will be considered Project Engineer
