Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to organize daily tasks and conduct site inspections, ensuring work quality and timely progress
• Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement, and subcontractor monitoring
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Service Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• 3-5 years experience in E&M contracting / operations, specializing in air conditioning, mechanical, or electrical systems
• Relevant experience in Data Centre systems or system integration is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and project coordination
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD / BIM software applications
