Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct quantity analysis and estimation using various software tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Provide technical support during site visits to resolve issues related to quantities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, quantity estimation, and quantity surveying principles.
