Senior / Project Engineering (PE) Manager

• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the Engineering Team to work with sales team in business development and product development.
• Project Governance: Plan and manage engineering projects, guiding engineers from prototyping to production.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with clients and internal departments.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate and resolve all product, quality and manufacturing issues among customers, vendors and internal departments.
• Delivery Management: Actively manage new product timelines and ensure all processes are on-track to meet committed delivery dates**.**
• Talent Development: Coach, train and develop engineering staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ad hoc assignments: Perform ad hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in electrical / mechanical / industrial / manufacturing engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8 Years solid experience in engineering management in PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage.
• Experience in printing industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, fluent in Mandarin.
• Workbase in Dongguan (China).
