Senior Project Executive

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and consolidate the performance of all ongoing projects against agreed KPIs.
• Prepare regular (e.g. bi-weekly / monthly) portfolio status reports.
• Maintain a consolidated project dashboard or tracker providing an up-to-date, at-a-glance view of each project's status, targets, and variances.
• Highlight projects that are on track, at risk, or off track, with supporting data (e.g. cumulative shortfall, delayed approvals, budget variance).

Risk & Variance Identification

• Proactively identify performance gaps, delays, or emerging risks across the project portfolio before they escalate.
• Escalate significant variances or recurring issues to the Project Director in a timely manner, with sufficient context for decision-making.

Governance & Compliance Tracking

• Monitor the status of key regulatory and approval milestones across projects (e.g. Development Order, Building Plan approval, APDL).
• Ensure project teams are following the Company's established reporting cadence, templates, and governance processes.
• Support the Project Director in preparing materials for project review meetings.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with relevant departments and PIC to gather accurate, timely performance data.
• Act as a central point of coordination for portfolio-wide reporting, reducing the need for senior management to consolidate information from multiple sources.
• Support follow-up on corrective action plans without taking over execution ownership.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to reporting formats, KPI tracking methods, or review processes to improve visibility and decision-making at the portfolio level.
• Support the standardization of reporting templates and monitoring practices across all projects.

Requirement

• At least 4 years of property development and/or construction experience.
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, M&E or related field.
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and identify trends or risks.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, able to communicate complex project information clearly and concisely to senior management.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple project teams and departments.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
