Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the Hong Kong PM Team across the full project lifecycle, from wireframe and UI design through development, UAT and launch.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation:

  • Project Plans and Timelines
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Requirement and Change-Request logs
  • UAT Checklists and Issue lists
  • Handover Documents

• Support digital marketing work for client projects and campaigns, including SEO & GEO, SEM, social media set-up (Meta Pixel/API) and Google Analytics 4 tracking and reporting.

• Use AI tools to speed up documentation, research, content preparation and reporting, and help the team explore AI-driven solutions for client projects.

• Track project schedules, deliverables and action items in our project tools, such as monday.com, and follow up with internal teams.

• Coordinate daily with UX & UI Designers, Developers and QA across the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia offices.

• Help prepare quotations, proposals, status reports and presentation materials.

• Join client and internal meetings online (in Cantonese and English), take notes and follow up on actions.

• Support content preparation, bilingual (English/Chinese) content checking and CMS updates.

• Assist with project administration such as invoicing milestones, resource tracking and filing.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Cantonese is a must. You will work daily with our Hong Kong team and clients.
• Good written and spoken English. Written Chinese (Traditional) are strong advantages.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account servicing or digital marketing, ideally in a digital agency, IT or SaaS company. Fresh graduates with strong Cantonese and relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Experience or exposure to digital projects, including UX & UI design, responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), CMS development and cloud server/hosting (e.g. AWS). You should understand the project workflow from wireframe, UI design and development to UAT, launch and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO & GEO, SEM, social media (Meta Pixel/API) and Google Analytics 4. Experience with CRM/loyalty systems is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini is a big plus. We value candidates who actively use AI to work smarter and are keen to be part of our AI transformation.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, detail-minded, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office. Experience with monday.com, Jira, Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of website and mobile app projects is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible and a good team player who is comfortable working remotely with an overseas team.
• Able to work Hong Kong office hours (same time zone as Malaysia).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager.
