Senior Project Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying and be able to manage project-related documentation and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional Quantity Surveyor (QS) duties and responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contract documents

Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting

Manage and monitor project documentation and progress

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and standards

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Glodon software will be an added advantage

Experience in consultancy or construction-related projects is preferred
