Senior Project Executive (Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage and coordinate property construction projects from planning stage through completion and handover.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, and government authorities to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, budget, timelines, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Involve in concept design, feasibility studies, plan checking, tender preparation and award, and project implementation up to CCC.
• Coordinate design development, value engineering, cost planning, and consultant deliverables.
• Attend authority inspections, client meetings, consultant meetings, and construction coordination meetings.
• Manage project documentation, submissions, approvals, and drawing revisions.
• Follow up on clearance letters, site inspections, and issuance of CCC by local authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in property development or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements, approvals, and compliance processes.
• Able to communicate and liaise with authorities and technical agencies to obtain approval or clearance.
• Technically sound in construction drawings and coordination with consultants.
• Good project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
