Senior Project Executive (NGO Collaboration)

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Executive (NGO Collaboration) to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with various NGOs. This role focuses on building strategic collaborations, conducting interviews, creating content, and executing joint projects on the LIVE4WELL platform.

You will take the lead in exploring new partnership opportunities with NGOs, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery through close coordination with both external partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and approach potential NGO partners to explore and develop strategic collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with NGOs through regular communication and partnership management.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and partners to gather insights and develop content.
• Coordinate and execute joint projects from planning to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop project proposals, partnership agreements, and progress reports.
• Liaise with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, NGO partnership, or business development.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, partnership development, and content writing.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
