Senior Project Executive / Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead multiple projects/events from initial concept to final delivery to meet clients’ objectives and needs
• Assist Project Manager in full range of marketing activities such as promotion activities, research, project preparation etc.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of project
• To coordinate with in-house designers & contractors for the arrangement of event/project (promotion campaign, event decoration, roadshow and exhibition)
• Conduct on-site inspections of each project/event
• Communicate and establish relationships with clients in a professional manner
• Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistent basis
• Follow up customer’s enquiry and prepare quotation
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2 years related working experience
• Good team player, well-organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and dedicated to customer support
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Able to meet tight timeline and willing to work overtime
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
