Senior Project Manage

Role Description This part-time remote Senior Project Manager role at وكالة التواصل الداخلي is responsible for leading complex projects and programs from initiation to completion. The Senior Project Manager will define project scope and objectives, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Daily tasks include monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, optimizing resource allocation, and continuously improving project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Program Management capabilities to oversee multiple related projects, align objectives, and manage interdependencies.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, collaboration with diverse teams, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage financial plans, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Relevant experience in remote and part-time project leadership, preferably in communications or media-related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP or equivalent are an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and the ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
