  • Support Whitetree's growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to bids, proposals and solutions that deliver value for clients and the business.

Skills & experience required

  • Significant experience delivering Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M) services
  • Experience working within Defence, Government or similarly regulated environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience supporting senior decision-makers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how procurement strategies, contractual arrangements, supplier performance, and value-for-money considerations influence programme delivery, governance, risk, and outcomes.
  • Exposure to training delivery, capability development or workforce readiness programmes would be advantageous
  • Experience contributing to business development activities, including client relationship management, opportunity identification, proposal writing, bid support and account growth.
  • Relevant project, programme or portfolio management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2®, MSP®, AgilePM®, MoP®, P3O® or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Other Requirements

  • Ideally located within a commutable distance to Bristol
