Senior Project Manager - Advanced Nuclear

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Advanced Nuclear to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee complex project execution within an advanced nuclear environment, with a focus on planning, risk management, compliance, and delivery discipline. The ideal candidate will partner closely with project leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned, costs controlled, and deliverables on track. Success in this position will depend on strong organizational leadership, the ability to manage multi-disciplinary efforts, and the discipline to support both operational execution and financial accountability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,200 – $220,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time with accountability for profit & loss
• Maintain and mitigate project risks through the project risk register
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and support the project director
• Organize project cost structure using Oracle ERP
• Develop and manage project training activities and roster
• Create and implement the project work plan
• Assist in project documentation and compliance management
• Support project infrastructure development
• Monitor progress on project deliverables and coordinate activities
• Archive project correspondence as per the configuration management plan
• Ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• Lead and document project meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years in project management
• 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary projects
