Job Title: Sr. Project Manager – AI and Process Transformation

Key Responsibilities

* Lead AI transformation, technology implementation, automation, and continuous improvement projects from initiation to deployment.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with business, IT, data, AI/ML, and other cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI integration.
* Develop business cases, establish project KPIs, and measure ROI and business benefits.
* Oversee AI pilots, proof of concepts, solution testing, deployment, and adoption.
* Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide project updates, executive reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
* Proven experience implementing and managing projects involving AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, analytics, or digital transformation.
* Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project delivery.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or root cause analysis is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Pasig City on a night-shift schedule aligned with Canada time.

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
* Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Open
* AI-based solutions, Power Platform, RPA, or other enterprise AI and automation technologies.
* Experience in BPO, shared services, consulting, or large enterprise environments.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
