Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - CNS (US/Canada)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - CNS (US/Canada) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee complex clinical trial delivery across CNS programs, with responsibility for managing timelines, quality, cost, and client expectations. The position will partner closely with functional leads and cross-functional project teams to resolve issues, maintain accountability, and drive successful outcomes in a highly regulated CRO environment. Strong clinical project leadership and the ability to perform effectively under pressure will be critical to success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,500 – $254,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start to finish
• Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects to ensure project success
• Collaborate with functional leads to resolve complex project issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for time, quality, and cost
• Oversee project teams and maintain accountability for deliverables

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of industry experience in Clinical Project Management within a CRO setting
• Minimum of 5 years in a project management role; CNS experience required
• University or college degree in Life Sciences preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• High responsibility and accountability in tasks
