Senior Project Manager – CCTV & Software Solutions

Transline Technologies Limited is looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of CCTV surveillance projects and software-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, technical implementation, resource coordination, client management, commissioning, and final project handover.

Candidates with hands-on experience in both CCTV infrastructure and software implementation will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to deployment, commissioning, and final handover.
• Execute CCTV surveillance, IP camera, Video Management System (VMS), video analytics, and software implementation projects.
• Coordinate hardware installation, networking, system integration, software deployment, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and quality standards to ensure timely execution.
• Manage client relationships, project reviews, escalations, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, site engineers, vendors, system integrators, and installation partners.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, status updates, and handover documentation.
• Track project milestones, customer acceptance, installation completion, and commissioning approvals.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for timely invoice generation and submission, ensuring the availability of required customer confirmations and supporting documents.
• Resolve execution challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management or technical project execution.
• Mandatory experience in CCTV surveillance and software-based solution implementation.
• Strong understanding of IP cameras, VMS, video analytics, networking, hardware integration, and software deployment.
• Experience managing project delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
• Strong communication, client management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project milestone tracking, customer sign-offs, and invoice coordination.
