Senior Project Manager CISO - Brussels

You will be joining the Cyber ​​& Information Security (CISO) team of the company as Senior Project & Transition Manager.

Your mission: to lead cybersecurity initiatives from their launch to their successful deployment in production, and then ensure their stability and operational sustainability. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time and within budget, but that they are fully integrated, stabilized, and seamlessly handed over to the operational teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead CISO projects and programs from A to Z

• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Ensure operational readiness (processes, documentation, tools, skills)

• Organize knowledge transfer and handover to the operations teams

• Define and validate acceptance criteria for production deployment

• Collaborate closely with business, IT, security, and operations

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks, ITIL practices, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor post-production stabilization and drive continuous improvement

• Produce high-quality documentation and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365)

• Implement and enforce governance and best practices for delivery and transition

Minimum 2 days on-site per week.

Experience :

• Minimum 20 years of IT experience, including in large enterprise environments

• At least 10 years in project, program, or transition management

• Proven track record of large-scale transformation programs/projects with successful transitions to operational status

• Experience managing complex budgets (ideally > €20M)

• Demonstrated experience in critical, operational, and/or high-stakes environments (ideally cybersecurity)

Skills & Expertise :

• Mastery of end-to-end project and transition management

• Knowledge of cybersecurity environments (IAM, operational handover, service continuity, compliance, etc.)

• Experience collaborating with business, IT, security, and executive stakeholders

• Experience with project and service management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall/Hybrid, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, MS Office) Project…)

Certifications :

At least one certification in project or service management

• PRINCE2

• PMP

• PMBOK

• PM2

• ITIL

Languages :

French or Dutch: C2 level (native or near-native)

English: C1 level (advanced professional)

Additional assets

• Experience exceeding the minimum requirements

• Proven track record of successful solution transitions in critical operational environments

• Regular exposure to senior and executive stakeholders

• CISSP certification

• ISO/IEC 27001 certification or equivalent

• Experience with quantitative risk analysis techniques (e.g. Monte Carlo analysis).
