Range: $115k/yr- $165k/yr + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

o Read and understand all contract documents – drawings, specifications, building rules & regulations

o Understand project budget

o Learn Plexxis, Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff systems as well as ProCore and other client-based project management systems

o Manage the release and delivery of all long-lead items

o Participate in job kickoff meeting and weekly project meetings

o Be aware of and support all safety requirements and programs

o Work with foreman and warehouse during mobilization and de-mobilization for tools and equipment

o Provide hardcopy drawings and other required documentation to field

o Incorporate and perform Line Out and productivity tracking

o Perform all submittal review & processing through CM/GC project platform

o Be aware of workforce requirements and ensure that foreman is providing Daily Roll Call, Manpower Requests, OT Requests

o Regularly visit the job site and be aware of all activities on-site o Coordinate 3600 camera / Open Space / video documentation process on site

o Maintain material delivery status information

o Obtain monthly invoices from trade partners – coordinate approval with Project Manager and Foreman

o Review material purchase orders with the PM and Purchasing for order approval

o Participate in Operations and Project Management project reviews

o Enter change orders into Plexxis

o Compare actual expenditures to budget

o Manage the punchlist process

o Oversee the collection, review and submission of closeout documentation
