As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to join their high-performing team. The Role

• Senior Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects

• You will have the personality and technical capabilities to grow into a construction manager role

• You will forecast and manage project budgets

• Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team

• Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants

• Procurement including scope of work & tender package.

• Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the tier 1/2 space.
• Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
• A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• $260,000 - $280,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right person) - Experience based salary banding
