To build and lead the Project Team and to manage the development of projects of exceptional quality in Hong Kong
Authorised Person with over 15 years in property development
OR relevant Degree holder with over 20 years of local experience in the field
Experience in liaison with Government Authorities
Responsible for overall project management including:
- Management and coordination of consultants and contractor
- Contract administration and cost control
- Review of drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Ensuring construction quality and progress
Must possess personal qualities of integrity and self-motivation
