Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project governance requirements.
• Facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution among project stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and mentoring of junior project team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of project management experience, including managing large-scale A&A Projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Advanced risk management and problem-solving skills.
