Senior Project Manager

Outkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane with a strong focus on commercial and industrial fit outs works.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to delivery while acting as the link between our design, procurement and construction teams.

We are looking for someone who can lead both people and projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion
• Lead client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams
• Manage site managers and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement, budgets and programmes
• Drive project reporting and communication
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years project management experience
• Commercial office fit-out experience essential
• Design & Construct experience preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement and construction methodology
• Proven leadership capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with commercial asset owners and landlords highly regarded
