One of the fastest-growing owner-operators in US power and digital infrastructure is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on large-scale data center and critical power projects in West Texas.

This is an owner-operator, not a contractor. They fund their own assets and keep them, so you are not handing over the site and moving on. The capital is committed, the pipeline is measured in gigawatts, and the work runs for years rather than months.

The role

Lead delivery on data center builds and the heavy mechanical and electrical scope that sits underneath them. You will run the schedule, hold the budget and change control, drive risk resolution across trade partners and consultants, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• A degree in a construction or engineering discipline, or the industry track record to match it
• Eight years or more managing construction projects, ideally data centers or heavy electrical and mechanical builds
• Strong grasp of how a build sequences and where the coordination risk sits
• Fluent with drawings, specs and technical documentation
• Comfortable running programs in a scheduling platform of your choice
